We offer our support via phone, email and technical videos to help make the experience of owning a Triplett harp an enjoyable one.

We understand that not everyone feels comfortable approaching technical issues with their harp for the first time so we are here to answer all your questions. We have easy to understand video instructions that include stringing the harp and re-seating a tuning pin, tying a string knot (bunny loop) and putting on the harp case correctly; our staff provides patient, helpful assistance in order for you to be successful.
